I know from co-owning B.W. Baker Insurance Services for over 30 years that running  an insurance agency nowadays requires an incredible amount of attention to detail.

Over the years I tried every method I could find to bring clients in for reviews of their existing policies.

For instance, I hired companies that charged $50 for every review appointment set.
I hired a contact manager that called to set up appointments. These methods were both very expensive and didn’t produce the results I was looking for (although they were very efficient at wasting money).

I used to mail an offer to do a review of client policies, complete with a postage paid return envelope so they could tell me how they wanted the review done — in person, by phone etc. This too was very expensive, $1 a person in postage, not to mention the cost of printing the list, the time stuffing envelopes and doing the mailing.

That didn’t work either.

Nothing really worked—until now. Thankfully (I really didn’t like stuffing all those envelopes).

A) We upload our clients’ name and email address to Lola System each month. In January we send to our clients with last name beginning with “A-B” an introductory letter for the GEP.

Once you’ve completed this, Lola now sends your client an email that looks like it came directly from you.

B) Your GEP Annual Review invitation offers three review options, all they have to do is click desired option.



Option 1: Schedule an in-person review of my policies.
Option 2: Schedule a phone review of my policies.
Option 3: Please send policy review recommendations of my policies then schedule a time to review them.
